Greatly enjoyed reasonably large and quiet rooms!
We had a wonderful stay in Rome just next door to all the major attractions, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, many restaurants, supermarket and the Trevi Fountain. Having kitchenette was an advantage. Everything was simply fantastic. Met the host, who gave us good tips...

We were thrilled with the fantastic location of this apartment just steps away from the iconic Trevi Fountain. The rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views and a peaceful escape. The host Sara was incredibly helpful, providing us with local restaurant recommendations and useful information about the surrounding area. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. we highly recommend the Principessa Trevi for a wonderful experience in Rome.

The apartment had free WiFi and a cozy seating area. I enjoyed using the oven and stovetop, and the private entrance made me feel like a VIP. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the terrace was a great spot to relax.
The designated smoking areas were just fabulous! So glad I could enjoy the aroma of cigarette smoke throughout my stay.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The terrace is jaw-dropping, perfect for outdoor dining. The location is super, right in the center, with restaurants and street vendors all around. Sara, the host, is amazing, she provided excellent recommendations and a city map. The beds are incredibly comfy, and the apartment is spacious and clean. Plus, the airport transfer and early check-in were a breeze. Definitely coming back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was mind-blowing, just steps away from the iconic fountain. The apartment was jaw-dropping, beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds. The terrace was a highlight, with a gorgeous outdoor dining area where we enjoyed our meals. The air conditioning saved us from the summer heat and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with transfers and even printing our boarding passes. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, with major attractions and cafes just a short walk away. the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large living room and two comfortable bedrooms. the balcony provided a peaceful and quiet retreat, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
We did encounter a minor inconvenience with the hot water in the showers, as we were informed that they couldn't be used at the same time.
